Greg and Donna travel extensively throughout Australia and overseas, having first been
invited into communities by the local pastor or the minister's fraternal.
The New Life meetings usually run from a Friday through to a Sunday.
"We find that meetings held over this time period really build.
Time to build relationship with and encourage the church people
in their own Christian walk
and they are also encouraged
to invite the unsaved; their friends, family and neighbours
Because they get to know us and our heart (to build and edify) it takes away the fear of inviting a friend to listen to someone they don't even know.
Throughout the week, we not only see people saved, healed and set free, but the believers are also equipped to do the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ."
Greg and Donna find that the meetings which are most effective are the ones where local churches pull down the denominational barriers and join together in unity to impact the community.
For any series of meetings to be successful, there always has to be
preparation.
Greg and Donna have put together a New Life Manual, which they send out to interested churches.
"It's certainly not the only way to run Outreach meetings but it's a start on getting your people ready to be labourers.
We put it together based on what we've learnt over the years - what works and what is not as effective."
Our vision for these meetings is for us to come in and work as a member of your team.
Greg or Donna may be the guest speakers, but we LOVE to see people from the local congregation/s having a go at sharing their own testimonies, doing musical items and so on.
